Shipping policy

Effective October 21, 2026

Nothing is shipped. The Rate Reset and the New-Client Price Builder are tools that open in your web browser, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no waiting.

How you get what you bought

As soon as your payment goes through, your confirmation page shows a button that opens what you bought. Your order confirmation email has the same button, and so does your order page, which you can reach at any time from the “Your orders” link at the bottom of our site.

The tools open in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to download or install and no account to create.

If you can’t find it

Check your inbox and spam folder for your order confirmation, or email support@theratereset.com with the address you used at checkout. We will send the link again within two business days.
