What to include

For anything about an order, send the email address you used at checkout and your order number. That is enough to find you.

For a refund, that is the whole request. You do not need to explain why. See our Refund Policy.

If you can’t find the button that opens your tool, say so and we will send the link again. It is also on your order page.

Full business details, including trade licence and supervisory authority, are in our Legal Notice.
