Can’t find The Rate Reset?

It’s yours the moment your payment goes through. The button that opens it is on your order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and on your order page.

Search your inbox
Search for The Rate Reset in the email address you used at checkout. Your order confirmation has an Open The Rate Reset button.
Check the other folders
Look in Spam, Junk and the Promotions or Updates tabs. Mark the email as not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.
Open your order page
Your order confirmation email has a View your order button. The Open button is on that page.
Opened it inside Instagram or Facebook?
It works there, but their built-in browser may not keep your work after you close it. Tap ⋯ at the top right, open the page in Safari or Chrome, and save a backup file from the app.
Keep it on your Home Screen
On an iPhone, do this before you add clients: open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and from then on open it from that icon. The icon keeps its own copy of your list. Started in Safari already? Tap Backup, then Copy backup text there, and paste it in the icon.
